We offer store credit or store exchange minus shipping cost, ONLY on products returned within 30 days of purchase. You must contact us within 30 days of your purchase to alert us of the return via phone 386-423-8532

SHIPPING

Once you’ve placed your order, our goal is to get your order out the door within 1-3 business days (with the exception of orders placed on Saturdays).

All of our products are shipped via USPS. Generally, domestic orders are received 2-5 days after receiving your tracking number.

We will issue you a tracking number once your package has been boxed and shipped. While you will receive the tracking number immediately, that does not mean you will be able to track your package immediately. You must wait until your package is scanned in by USPS.
