Friday surf report 7am:

NE swell continues today with some easing for the afternoon. Knee to thigh w/+ peaks early on the beach. Worth checking as winds are WNW- a bit breezy but conditions are looking ok. Some early bump but a WNW/W continues through the morning and with a W to WSW afternoon will help clean it more. The inlet waist to chest at first light with minor easing also in the afternoon. Looks ok for a surf this morning. Slanted though and weak(ish) but going into a tide push. Swell direction shift(NNE) expected to hit better for our area...we'll see. Certainly worth a look today. High 1116, low at 550pm.

*NE swell lingers Saturday. Possible pulse. NNW expected for the morning.
